Philipp Mächler has been a partner at Baumgartner Mächler Attorneys since 1999, and is co-leader of the commercial law team. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, and his consultancy work stretches to all stages of a company’s lifecycle, from the founding on “corporate housekeeping” to reorganisation/restructuring. Philipp Mächler has extensive experience and a profound knowledge of transnational transactions and projects, as well as of mergers and acquisitions. As a regulated financial intermediary he is familiar with all aspects of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and supports clients with the implementation of regulatory requirements.
