Professional experience

Enrico Moretti is a lawyer in the field of litigation and arbitration. He advises and acts for businesses and private individuals predominantly on issues concerning trade and commercial law and the corresponding legal proceedings. Enrico was active as a law clerk in the Zurich judicial system for seven years, particularly at the commercial court of the Canton of Zürich. As a result he possesses great experience with extensive and complex civil proceedings. Since 2013 Enrico Moretti has also been an alternate judge at Zurich district courts.
