The authorities are generally willing to help, but there are many limitations, especially resource problems.

Our anti-stalking concept aims at rapid emergency response in four steps.

By counter surveillance and other means, we identify the anonymous stalker (identification of the stalker).

We seek personal confrontation with the identified stalker in order to dissuade him from continuing his behaviour.

If necessary, we contact the appropriate authority (court, public prosecutor's office, etc.).
