Andreas Hauenstein is co-head of the Dispute Resolution Team at Baumgartner Mächler. For more than 20 years, he has been advising Swiss and foreign companies and individuals, in particular from the UK and the US, in all areas of commercial law. Andreas has extensive experience in civil litigation and national and international arbitration proceedings (Swiss Rules, ICC, LCIA) of all sizes and complexities.
