Philipp Mächler is a partner in the private client and commercial law team and has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of cross-border transactions and projects as well as mergers and acquisitions. As a regulated financial intermediary, he is also familiar with all aspects of AMLA compliance and assists clients in implementing regulatory requirements. He also has extensive practical experience as a board member of various companies, including FINMA-regulated asset managers and portfolio managers.
