Maria Ingold joined Baumgartner Mächler Attorneys at Law in 2020 and specialises in civil litigation and criminal law. Her practice focuses on litigation for domestic and international companies and individuals in all areas of commercial and white collar crime. She advises clients on general contract law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, commercial and corporate law, white collar crime and general criminal law and represents them in national and international (arbitration) proceedings. Maria has particular expertise in internal investigations.
