Leandra Fasan is a member of the Private Client and Commercial Law Team at Baumgartner Mächler. She advises clients in the areas of commercial and corporate law and assists them in M&A transactions, estate and succession planning, related foundation and inheritance. In addition, she provides expert support to clients in Germany and Switzerland on all tax-related matters.
