Fabiana Wichert joined Baumgartner Mächler in February 2024 as a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. She advises and represents individuals and companies in all phases of dispute resolution and before Swiss courts of all instances. Prior to joining Baumgartner Mächler, Fabiana Wichert worked in the litigation and arbitration team of a leading commercial law firm in Zurich.
